I feel like I've been short-changing LJ of late. I have been writing but there's nothing I can post. I've been enjoying everyone elses pretties and feeling guilty.

I have no photoshop or photoshop skills, so when I accidentally pause the latest ep of Supernatural on a gorgeous fade out then I can't help but use it. I did this initially as a bit of tat for Tumblr but I kinda like it, so I'll share here too.

I love the way they edited this to see the hospital behind them. It drives home the locked-in aspect that they have just been discussing. It may be my poor memory and some imagination but the building behind Lucifer reminds me of the one in The End (2014) behind Sammifer. I thought it was a wonderful, atmospheric fade-out to the scene. Kudos to the Supernatural editors.

It was a great episode and these two blow me away every time.
I am working on a Big Bang fic and a sequel at the moment but it's tough going so thanks for the cheer!

Thank you for posting this, I missed it during the episode and, knowing myself, I would never notice, lol! Great shot indeed!

The cast is always so flawless that sometimes it's easy to overlook how many small details go into it. The team they have behind the scenes is incredible too. I loved the episode.

This is awesome, hon. I'm glad you caught it. And it does look a lot like the hospital from The End.

My family tell me I notice odd things when I watch TV. They once caught me watching CSI Miami (I hate CSI) and the only reason I could give was, "Well I was flicking channels and the colour and lighting on this was amazing, doesn't it make you feel all warm and happy?" One of these days I'll end up on a locked ward ...

Well, that's just Miami for you. I wonder how many people are attracted to CSI Miami for the same reason they watched Miami Vice -- it's like a mini vacation.

Oh don't you love serendipitous imagery. Lovely and moody. Great expression on Sam's face and Mark (Lucifer) was just a joy to watch in these last few episodes. The man is a great actor and his Lucifer is such a fresh spin.
